Application & Fees
The application fee is $2,700 and includes payment of the two-and-a-half-day program, course materials, three breakfasts, three lunches, refreshment breaks, and a networking reception.
Upon completing the Advanced Leadership Program, participants will be ready to immediately:
- Lead collaboratively to drive change at their institutions;
- Align organizational culture in leading change;
- Apply a systems-thinking approach to decision making;
- Discover techniques for influencing others and align goals with strategy
