Grounded in evidence-based leadership frameworks and informed by the lived realities of institutional GME and academic medicine leaders, the Institutional GME Executives Leadership Development Program is designed to support you in navigating the strategic and operational complexities of executive-level GME leadership.
Who Should Attend?GME leaders, with up to three years’ experience in an Institutional GME leadership role, who are responsible for the institutional oversight of GME at their institution including: designated institutional officials, GME deans, vice presidents for academic affairs, GME directors, and others. While the Institutional GME Executives Leadership Development Program is designed for those newer in their institutional roles, experienced and aspiring leaders are welcome to participate if the curriculum aligns with their leadership development goals.
