Associate deans and department chairs within their first three years of appointment. While this course is designed for those newer in their associate dean or department chair roles, experienced and aspiring leaders are welcome to participate if the curriculum aligns with their leadership development goals.

Registration & Fees

The registration fee for the 2026 program is $2,575 for early bird registration and $2,950 for standard registration. Early bird rates are only available for a limited time.
The registration fee includes payment for the seminar, all program materials, breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, and an opening reception. The fee does not include the optional CME fee, travel, or hotel accommodations. 

Please note that OLAM now uses a registration-based enrollment process, making it easier to secure your spot while maintaining the same rigorous learning experience. This update is intended to allow participants to plan and confirm their participation with greater ease.

At the completion of the seminar, participants will be able to:

  • Identify strategies for communicating and working effectively with your Dean and your institution’s leadership
  • Utilize key negotiation strategies to effectively navigate complex discussions and reach mutually beneficial agreements
