Who Should Attend?

Leading for Impact is open to emerging and established leaders of departments, mission areas, or units, as well as experienced individuals leading across the institution, who are looking to drive change and positively impact culture within their institution. This program is open to faculty, professional staff, and administrative leaders from across AAMC Member Institutions.

  • Responsibilities may include budgetary and strategic operational planning, the oversight of administration and accreditation, administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, faculty development, performance and human resource management, and financial planning and management, etc.
  • Titles may include Associate or Vice Dean, Center Director, Administrator, Department or Vice Chair, Designated Institutional Official, Executive or Senior Director, Division or Section Chief, and others.
