What to Expect

Over three days, you’ll engage in a dynamic blend of skill enrichment, action-planning, applied learning, and collaborative sessions that will prepare you to immediately:

  • Apply a systems-thinking approach to decision-making and strategy implementation.

Who Should Attend?

This program is open to both staff and faculty. Representative titles may include, but are not limited to, Associate or Vice Dean, Center Director, Administrator, Department or Vice Chair, Designated Institutional Official, Executive or Senior Director, Division or Section Chief. 
 
Participant responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, budgetary and strategic operational planning, the oversight of administration and accreditation, administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, faculty development, performance and human resource management, and financial planning and management.
